Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern all orders placed with Morocco Cement Tiles ("MCT," "we," "us") through moroccancementtiles.com or by email. By placing an order or submitting a request for quote, you agree to these terms. MCT sells exclusively to trade professionals, architects, designers, and qualified buyers — minimum order applies.

2. Orders & minimum quantity

  • ·Minimum order quantity (MOQ): 50 m² per order
  • ·Orders are confirmed in writing (email) with a proforma invoice
  • ·Production begins only after deposit payment is received and cleared
  • ·Custom colour or pattern orders are non-cancellable once production begins

3. Payment

  • ·50% deposit due upon order confirmation
  • ·50% balance due before shipment (FOB orders) or upon delivery confirmation (DDP orders, subject to agreement)
  • ·Accepted: bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), Wise. Other methods by arrangement.
  • ·Prices are quoted in USD per m². All bank charges are for the buyer's account.

4. Production & lead time

Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from confirmed deposit. Custom orders may require 6–8 weeks. Agreed timelines are best estimates — MCT is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (supply chain disruption, port delays, force majeure).

5. Product quality & variation

Natural variation in tone, texture, and minor surface marks between individual handmade tiles is not a defect — it is a characteristic of authentic encaustic cement tiles and is disclosed at point of sale. Tiles are produced to ASTM C936 / EN 13748 dimensional and structural standards. See our Return Policy for defect procedures.

6. Intellectual property

All patterns, designs, photography, and content on moroccancementtiles.com are the property of Morocco Cement Tiles. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission, except for the purpose of specifying MCT products in a professional project.

7. Limitation of liability

MCT's liability in any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the tiles affected by the claim. We are not liable for installation costs, consequential losses, or losses arising from delays outside our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation will be referred to ICC arbitration under ICC Rules in Casablanca, Morocco.
