Return Policy

Our cement tiles are custom-manufactured to order. Because each batch is pressed, pigmented, and cured specifically for your project, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.
When we accept a return claim
We stand behind the quality of every tile we ship. We will replace or credit tiles affected by:
- ·Structural manufacturing defects (cracks, delamination, hollow spots)
- ·Significant color deviation from the confirmed sample
- ·Dimensions outside the ±0.5 mm tolerance stated in our specification
- ·Transit damage (tiles broken in shipment)
Note: Natural variation in tone and texture between individual tiles is an inherent quality of handmade encaustic cement tiles — not a defect. Samples are provided for exactly this reason.
How to make a claim
- 1.Email contact@moroccancementtiles.com within 14 days of delivery.
- 2.Include your order reference, photos of the defective tiles, and a count of affected pieces.
- 3.We will assess the claim within 5 business days and confirm whether a replacement or credit applies.
- 4.Approved claims result in a replacement batch (at our expense) or a credit note. Refunds are issued only where replacement is not possible.
Samples
We strongly recommend ordering physical samples before placing a full order. Samples allow you to verify colour, texture, and finish in your specific lighting conditions before committing to production. Request samples here.
