Production lead time
All tiles are made to order. Production begins upon receipt of the confirmed 50% deposit. Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom colorways and large-format orders may require 6–8 weeks. We will confirm your specific timeline at the time of order.
Shipping options
EXW — Ex Works
Tiles are made available at our production facility in Tétouan. You arrange collection and handle all logistics from the factory gate. The lowest-cost option for buyers with their own freight arrangements.
FOB Tanger
Tiles are delivered to the port of Tanger and loaded aboard the vessel. You arrange and pay for ocean freight, customs clearance, and onward delivery. Preferred by freight forwarders and large trade orders.
CPT — Carriage Paid To
We arrange and pay freight to a named destination port or city. Risk transfers to you when the goods are handed to the first carrier. You handle import duties, taxes, and final delivery from the named point.
DDP — Door-to-Door
We arrange shipping, customs clearance, duties, and final delivery to your address. All-inclusive — the simplest option for designers and developers who want delivery handled end-to-end.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide. Common destinations include the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, UAE, Australia, and Canada. Contact us for a quote to any destination not listed.
Transit times (after production)
Packaging
Tiles are palletised on wooden pallets with foam padding between layers and stretch-wrapped for transit. We add 5–10% overage to every order to account for standard tile installation breakage. Damaged tiles in transit must be documented (photos) upon delivery — see our Return Policy.
Customs & duties
On EXW and FOB orders, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees from the point of handover. On CPT orders, the buyer handles duties and taxes at the destination. On DDP orders, duties and taxes are included in the quoted shipping cost (unless otherwise noted for your specific destination).
