Custom Cement Tile Shapes

The hexagonal format suits anywhere a standard square tile would be too static — bathroom floors, shower floors, kitchen backsplash features, outdoor terraces. Our hexagon cement tiles are pressed at 15 cm point-to-point in the same hydraulic process as our standard 20×20 cm range. All 271 patterns in our catalog can be produced in hexagon format, and custom colorways are available on the same 8-week cycle.

Large format cement tiles read differently at scale — fewer grout lines, more pattern continuity, stronger visual impact across a commercial floor or hotel lobby. We produce large format tiles at 30×30 cm and 40×40 cm. Note that not every pattern from our standard catalog translates to large format without adjustment — we review each design with you before production to confirm the pattern scales correctly. Lead time for large format is the same 4–6 weeks as standard.

Octagons, elongated formats, chevron-cut tiles for herringbone layouts, edge pieces, coved skirting — if you can specify the shape, we can press it. Bespoke cuts are produced to CAD drawing or dimensional specification. A brief consultation call is the fastest way to confirm feasibility and pricing.
